hey guys i have been lifting for about 7 years and BBing for the last 2.5 years
i have done one cycle of test e, and tren e with good results
i am currently 6' 203lbs with about 5-6% bf (i am pretty shredded right now)
just trying to get an input at what you guys think are important vitamins/post and pre workout supplements to take....i like to get as much info as i can so just throw it out there.....
i am currently taking:
multi
fish oil
glucosamine/condroiton (mis spelled)
arginine before workout
protein (about 50-60g) and dextrose post workout
2 pills of 1000 BCAA post workout
thats really about it for now....about to jump back on ECA in a week and then in september/october i will start my 2nd cycle
my current split is
Monday....chest
Tuesday...cardio
Wednesday...back
Thursday...shoulders
Friday...cardio
Saturday...arms
Sunday...legs
and i do abs basically everyday
i will be on this split until september when i start school again and i will alter my routine/split then....
