I have a bit of mono left to use up and then i think i'm gunna take 2-4 weeks off creatine to kinda clear myself out of it and drop some water so that when i jump back on it, it will be that much more effective. But i was thinking...i suffer with a slightly bloated lower stomach all the time, it never wants to get smaller and is the only part of me left that has fat around it. Do you guys reckon this is the mono?

I heard kre alkalyn gives less bloating than mono and could be more beneficial to people like me?

Would it help?

All opinions and comments welcome. Knock yourselves out

I get the same thing but I don't know if it's related to creatine. I have bloating though not fat. Take some time off teh creatine and monitor what happens.

well I think either you’re bloated or you’re not. If you experiencing just bloat or stubborn fat loss areas that has more to do with your body and not the creatiene. People’s body’s are different as same goes when cutting or weight loss. Some lose it all very proportioned while others may have to drop down to an extreme BF before riding love handles or even chest fat. This may be the case.

Hmm this is actually very interesting Muscle Overload Training!

You might be onto something here. Kre alkalyn is still creatine but just with a higher PH this is supposed to mean that it is never turned to creatinine. I normally don't fall for advertisements but this is legit. The reason I know is that the bloating and other side effects are all things that I experience. I actually decided today to drop the creatine because of that and now I find this article hmm.....
