No, no, 1,000 times NO. Please don't buy into this lie. It may "look" and "sound" efficacious, and I'm sure it is being touted by a "doctor," along with a plethora of "true believers," but no, if it is making any sort of "colon cleansing" claims, it is
not legit. A brief study of of the anatomy of the human digestive system should make it readily apparent why anyone who has "5-20 pounds" of waste "built up" in their colon would be in an
IMMEDIATELY DIRE medical situation. Please save your money, and avoid a nasty descent into the world of quackery/pseudoscience.....Adequate water intake alone should be enough to easily maintain regular, healthy movement.....but if you are
dead-set on "cleansing" your colon, take a little psyllium husk with plenty of water......at least it won't be
too costly, and won't
hurt you.
