Kinda long post but umm I don't post much but i want to post this story of my personal experience because i see a lot of people posting about creatine and how important it is to drink water and to know what it is that your taking in as far as supplements. This happened one year ago back when i was beginning my bodybuilding journey. I was taking a protein shake that you buy in wal-mart that my cousin recommended and it had creatine in it, i took advice from him because he knew more then i did. I took it after all my workouts and then a month or so later i started getting real dizzy and real sick, this happened in school and at home. I went to the doctors and they didnt know what was wrong but i was dehydrated, then i myself realized after reading and figuring out that my shake had creatine and i figured out that creatine dehydrated you by fluid retention. Started drinking lots of water and one month later i was back to normal (thats how severely dehydrated i was). Now i use creatine safely along with other supplements thats why knowledge is great.

75-80% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Dehydration is often mistaken for hunger.

yea i used to hardly ever drink any water and ever now and then about an hour after drinking NO xplode i would throw up everything in my stomach, i found out later it was from dehydration now i drink a gallon a day minimum and from my experience the more water the better the results in muscle gain, fat loss, skin complexion, energy, endurance yea pretty much everything lol

Good to hear. You still get an F for grammar and sentence structure, though.

When I first started taking creatine I would always get really bad cramps in my legs when i stretched in bed in the morning. Seriously the worst pains I've ever felt. I kind of just blew it off. But then later I stretched in class and got a really bad cramp in my chest and passed out and had like a spasm in the middle of class and woke up with everyone staring at me. I look back on it now and realize I was dehydrated from the creatine.
