Ok i know this is going to be the stupidest thing in the world. But i dont care, i just dont understand something. I want to pack on some size, i cant nor would i want to take test boosters, i dont want to take NO boosters either (tried them, now staying away from them.) What else is out there that i can take in order to put some size on. Currently i do bcaas pre workout (scivation
xtend) then 48g whey mixed with 5g of glutamine and bcaas each post workout. During the day ill usually have a 35g whey shake, then a casien shake before bed (or cottage cheese, depending on how i feel). Im just stumped on what to take maybe to get some size on me. I know i should be maybe eatting more, but im afraid ill put on fat rather then mass. I know this is just another dumb "how do i get bigger" question, but hey, can you blame a guy? I guess ill post my diet in the nutrition forum too.
