Ok i know this is going to be the stupidest thing in the world. But i dont care, i just dont understand something. I want to pack on some size, i cant nor would i want to take test boosters, i dont want to take NO boosters either (tried them, now staying away from them.) What else is out there that i can take in order to put some size on. Currently i do bcaas pre workout (scivation xtend) then 48g whey mixed with 5g of glutamine and bcaas each post workout. During the day ill usually have a 35g whey shake, then a casien shake before bed (or cottage cheese, depending on how i feel). Im just stumped on what to take maybe to get some size on me. I know i should be maybe eatting more, but im afraid ill put on fat rather then mass. I know this is just another dumb "how do i get bigger" question, but hey, can you blame a guy? I guess ill post my diet in the nutrition forum too.

your best bet is to post up your diet, we can always help you with that. you shouldn't gain too much fat if you have a good diet, but in order to get big, you have to expect to get a little bit of fat

Supplements do not make you big...I repeat: SUPPLEMENTS DON'T MAKE YOU BIG!....A good diet consisting of complex carbs, protein, and good fats (along with good training in the gym) makes you big. Supplements are just that, something that supplements your diet. Supplements HELP make you big. As mentioned, you might put on a little fat, but you're also going to put on some muscle mass. That's what cutting is for. Like the saying goes, to get big, you gotta eat big. I'll take a look at your diet, and we'll see what we can do.

how much tho? i need to know if im eatting enough of that stuff..or to much? my typical meals ill eat things like this is during lunch and dinner. for lunch ill eat either a cup of brown rice with a lean meat source, or a cup of black beans and a lean meat source, OR a mix of half cup of brown rice and half cup black beans and lean meat source. I will do sweet potatoes sometimes too. Are the sweet potatoes that you pop in the microwave (the ones with the plastic wrapper around them) still as good for you, the microwave doesnt screw them up do they?

You need to find out how much you eat to maintain your current weight and then eat slightly more. It ain't rocket science.

With your training you should focus your energies on the big compound exercises such as bench press,squat,pull ups. Aim to get stronger at the big compound exercises.

Stop looking through the supplement adds. Maybe a few protein drinks may be helpful if you struggle to eat enough but thats it really. The supplement industry is a big con market. They don't need to back up any claims they make and pretty much say what they like.

i microwave them sometimes but its not the best for you you can boil them or cut them into slices and bake them.

Theres a great supplement thats all natural, relatively cheap and widely available. It can boost testosterone, increase muscle mass, and help you recover faster. It can be found in barnyards and fields, it has a black and white outer covering and eats grass.
