Well I have been on NO explode for quite some time, cycling on and of for the past 6 months or so and I believe it's time for a change. Has anyone taken Gaspari Superpump250 or anything else that will give pumps like explode, if not better? (no steroids)

really, thats ridiculously cheap compared to explode, how long does it last & how many scoops to feel a pump like explode?

How much do you weigh? From what I have seen the larger you are the more scoops might be needed. But 1 container lasts almost a full month and the taste is pretty good.

I weight 175, so probably 1 scoop will do fine, seeing that's what I used for xplode

Yeah 2 scoops may be ok but if one works save the 2 if you notice you starte to get used to the product. It has Beta in it as well. Great addition in fighting muscle fatigue during your workout.

Plasmajet dude. Pumps last way longer, pretty much all day.

superpump is great while you're in the gym but if you train after 5pm dont use it or you will never sleep.

superpump is by far the best imo quick question about no trying to steal ur thread but if i only take one scoop of it a day on training days do i need to cycle it it works awesome for me everytime i use it what do you guys think

jack3d is more consistent then most products ive experienced, superpump is a good product but only feel the pump for the first 10 workouts or so.
