Ok so ive been a user of ON Casien for maybe a year now, im just curious if giving BSN Dessert is worth a try? Or should i just not waste my money and just get ON Casien again and keep sticking with it? Or is their an even better product than the 2?? BTW-I use Casien for a like 3/4:1/4 ratio mix of whey to casien after workouts, and i use casien right before bed.

Well it really comes down to if you want to use preblended protein(unknown ratio), or if you like your blend(knowing the ratio). BSN also makes another blended protein Syntha-6 which is good, never had the dessert.

When it comes down to night time feeding you will find that there will be a mix. Half will say just go with the casein and Half will say just go get some cottage cheese.

LDZ123, do you mean BSN's Lean Desserts Protein? I always thought it was more of a meal replacement shake, and Syntha-6 is the Casein alternative.
