Hey All,
Well after slowly taking certain things out of my diet, over that past few weeks.. I have determand something I most fear'd. I have to stop using
whey based protien. :(
I knew I was lactose intolerant but I guess I was hoping I could get away
with just drinking the whey, I have removed all other lactose products from my diet, and I still felt bloated and had HUGE amount a gas.. So as an experiment, I stopped taken whey for 3 days.. Almost the next day my belly
went down and I stopped farting, So I started back on the whey, within an hour of drinking it, My belly rose and I started farting like a trooper again.
This really sux, Cause I love Sythna-6, Does anyone have any suggest's for a replacement to whey? SOY??, Veggi?????
I am sooo bummed.. about this.. :( I know it is because of the intolerance because my twins are the same, they have any whey or lactose at all and they have HUGE diarrhea from it.. SIGH :( Any advice would be very welcome at this point..
