hey guess just got some ecdysten and i'm wondering about dose... it's only 15mg of ecdysterone but it's guaranteed to be 95% pure ecdy... recomended is 2 pills 3 times a day but i was planning on doing more because they've dosed it up to 600mg a day without toxicity wondering what i should do

then why does it help my workouts so much... when i was on m-stak my workouts are sick.. plus all the **** i've read about it says it is... now i'm lost
