creatine monohydrate, bcaa's, whey protein=the simple essencial building block besides 6-8 meals per day that will make you get bigger. you are too young for pH's and definitely for AAS as well. stick with the simple solution. creatine, protein, bcaa's (branched chain amino acids)

Whey Protein Powder. (Morning and post workout)
Creatine Monohydrate Powder. (Morning or pre, post workout)
BCAA powder. (Morning, post workout)
Fish Oil Tablets. (before bed)
Multi Vitamin Tablets. (morning)
Vitamin C Tablets. (morning)

Pre Work Out Drink If Needed.

This is the best way to get results with all natural products.

bro, i wasted my money when i was 16 and im 18 now lifted seriously for 6 months and i went from 155 to 186 and its all natural, lots of food, no protein no supps but id suggest protein shake after each workout and creatine if you choose to but seriously time and dedication is your best supplement.

but if you want a stack, asteroid stack from usp labs has good reviews and its all natural. I know thats the answer you want

1 gallon of 2% per day, additionally eat 3 whole meals containing complex carbs, lean proteins and healthy fats. Snack on trail mix.

since we are talking about bcaa i want to ask you guys if Universal Uni-Liver would be a good source of BCAA?? o r should i look for another supplement
