I ran out of ON whey which I think is great but I'm wondering if I could get some body fortress or six star whey from wal mart instead of ON.
Will it help me out just like ON would?
If it won't I'll order some ON but won't be taking whey for about a week.
What do you guys suggest?

Oh and I'm getting some Jack3d because I heard it was awesome. So I'll take fish oil, flax seed, jack3d and ON. Am I missing anything?

Also I'm thinking about getting some gainer. I'm a wrestler looking to gain strength and some size but I'm going to cut it off during the season anyways so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks for reading guys I hope you can answer my questions:)

1) I started out using Body Fortress Whey. Once I became more knowledgeable about supplementation and bodybuilding in general, I made the switch to ON. I will never go back. Body Fortress tasted horrible, was chalky, and did not mix nearly as easily as ON. Why are you thinking about not taking ON? Cost?
2) As far as your other supplements, everything looks fine, but maybe add a multi-vitamin?
3) My only concern (and I might be wrong) is that it seems like you are relying too much on supplements. You don't need gainer. You need solid food. Chicken, rice, turkey, eggs, etc., etc. Calorie rich clean food. I started with a gainer, but like I aforementioned, I was a young, ignorant mind haha. Save your money and buy solid food. You know exactly what you are eating then; gainers are often have a high fat content and esp. sugar.

Creatine monohydrate will increase water weight with strength and muscle gains. It's a good supplement to have in your diet. 5g pre and post workout should do you fine.

Multi vit would help also but other than that you seem all set!

Getting one of the cheaper ones at walmart may hold you over, but chances are like said above that they with come with a horrible chalky taste. I know stop n shop(grocery) store around me carries EAS. If you want to just get a small tub of it and still get the ON on order, for if you can not stand the taste of the others you will be happy when the ON comes in the mail.

With the other supps I see no need to take the flax seed oil. It is an omega3 oil just like Fish Oil. With fish oil having a better conversion/availability for the body than does flax seed. If anything get some Omega6 oil. Commonly found under Evening Primrose Oil or Borage Oil. But definetly no need for a superior Omega3 and an inferior one at the same time.

I agree with the no need for the gainer just eat food and second the creatine mono.

TrueProtein kinda have to know your stuff since are building it from scratch.

Right now I am using IsoPure(zerocarb). Am looking into trying All the Whey. Wish Species was not soooo dammnn expensive.
