Would it be pointless to take USP labs
powerfull if im stacking it with
superpump 250? also should i cycle the superpump im going on my week 7, and i really like it, i can def feel better effects now that iv been taking it for a period of time. But i was wondering if the powerfull would be pointless due to the insulin spike with the superpump? also im taking size on, but i really cant notice anything with that, maybe its because im taking it post workout, after cardio? Im also counting calories now, so should i even be taking any creatine? Honestly i can use alot of help dealing with supps im very very confused!!! here is my daily routine- 3300-3400 calories a day.... supps include
Animal PAK, usp prime, and powerfull, whey iso, superpump 250, and size on. for the prime and powerfull i go 6 days on 1 off........
7AM-5 egg whites, 9oz skim milk, 1 1/2 cup of special K, 1/2 cup oats, and a medium apple 5oz, after im done eating i take an Animal PAK, and 2 USP lab prime.
8AM-1 usp labs POWERfull
between the hours of 10am-11am- 1 scoop of GNC whey iso, 10oz skim milk, either a wheat beagle, or 3/4 cup brown rice, 4.5oz of peaches, or pears, and a oz of crasins, which are dried cranberries.
between the hours of 2pm-3pm- 6oz chicken breast, 4oz of pasta, and a fruit cup.
2 usp primes
6PM- 6oz tuna, 5oz yams, 4OZ green beans, and a cup of Apple sauce.
around 6:45 i take 2 scoops of Superpump 250, and 3 Usp labs powerfull
7:15-lift 3 days on 1 off, then 3 days on 2 off. sun-thurs cardio, sat and fri off.
postwork out- 1 scoop size on
between 9PM-10PM- 5oz tilapia, 10oz skim milk, 6oz potatoes, 4.5oz del monte fruit ****tail(light syrup), 1/2 cup corn.
2 usp primes
between 10:45-11:00PM 2 usp labs powerfull
please make any types of changes, or suggestions im trying to burn fat, and gain lean mussle.
