so i will only address that issue,
as for any "secret" dosages go, slin sane if pretty cut and dry,
1) Its only going to work if your taking in decent foods, from my experience with it over the last 1 1/2 months , since it works so well with nutrient uptake, you are what you eat and this stuff will shuttle everything into your system that your eating, so eat clean and eat often
2) your going to experience some awesome pumps during your workouts,
3)you may or may not feel Hypo-glycemic for the first couple of days until your body gets accustomed to it
4) depending on your bf level, you will notice some veins popping out here and there
5) It helps maintain muscle if not accelerate muscle growth, especially on a low carb diet ,>> this is what i`m doing right now, taking in 175 carbs a day or less
6)there are no side effects that you will notice except as mentioned in answer #3
7) No tolerance buildup so it works the same each time you take the dosage,
8) some of us have used 2 and even 3 pills a day, how ever i found no direct benefit going over the above 1 pill dosage, however even on the larger dosage no sides are reported
so bottom line is if your looking to help maintain your current muscle size and want to increase your maximize your daily nutrient intake, then slin sane is the way to go, but like i have posted in my review thus far, tweaking of your diet if needed on this product will give you the best results in my opinion,
