ok guys Ive bee hitting it 5 days a week for 14 months. my workouts are only about an hour but intense very little rest between sets. my elbows and wrist are giving me pain and are holding me back from going as heavy as I want to. I use wrist wraps its more the aching in the joints that bothers me. takes about a day to ease up then next workout just aggravates it all over. any suggestions on what to take for them.

I'm taking AllFlex from AllMax nutrition. You can find it at Popeye's. It's a triple blend of Glucosamine Sulfate (750mg), Methylsulfonylmethane (450mg) and Chondroitin Sulfate (100mg). It helps support joint and flexibility. Plus it's has some natural anti-inflamatory Curcuma Longa and Salix Alba extracts. AND its has a proprietary blend called Celadrin who is supposed to enhances and lubricates cell membranes, providing cell fluidity and elasticity.

Just a quick question, would joint supplements and glucosamine reduce rotator cuff and shoulder ligament pain?

Glucosamine sulfate will lowe inflammation in joints giving you a pain relief. Glucosamine will take 2-4 weeks to feel a good effect, for tendons and ligaments MSM is fantastic getting some with 1000mg Glucosamine sulfate, 500mg Chondroitin sulfate and 1000mg MSM is a great combo but dont forget at lease 5000mg of omega3. Omega3 is the natural beast of lowering inflammation.

yo GIPPE you have pain in your shoulder i did also and got a torn labrum ( bicep lig that attaches to shoulder joint) nothing will help the pain but surgery or avoidance it will not heal if you tear it because of the lack of blood flow through the ligament just a caution its under your rotator cuff

I've been using NOW brand for a little less than a year now. Good product at a good price.
