Everyone, I am FINALLY working out again, I have a few weeks in the books and a load of supps, mostly older supps but I can use them I guess. I am 37 now, 140 pds. 18%bf or so. I am cutting, or at least eating right. My supp routing looks like this:

Morning
IP-6 w/inosterol - I actually choose this for its cancer/immune properties not knowing they put it in thesize
Vit C: (I read here a long time ago this is needed with IP6 to prevent it from blocking nutrient absorption)
Green tea extract, Lean green
Sesathin
Coq10
Cissus 500mg 20:1
Breakfast is a Homeade protein ****tail with 2 scoops of quick oats

Mid Morning
Fish oils 1200 mg
Glucosamine w/MSM
Fever FU ( I get headaches)

Dinner time
Tumeric (Im not sure how much of a dosing I need)
Green tea extract, Lean green
Sesathin
Coq10
Mushroom extracts, maitake etc
Cissus

Early Nightime:
Fish oils 1200 mg
Glucosamine w/MSM
Fever FU

Post WO
Creatine, load one week then 5 grams a day
Taurine powder in the post wo shake
Vit D, will switch to Vit D3 once I am done with the bottle.

Nightime:
IP-6 w/inosterol - I actually choose this for its cancer/immune properties not knowing they put it in thesize
Vit C: (I read here a long time ago this is needed with IP6 to prevent it from blocking nutrient absorption)
Whey
Sesthin

How does this look?

I have the following supps that I want to include:
R-ALA (100mg) Bottle says 1x3 times daily
Leptigen MASS ( I knows its old but I want to use it)
I also use .05 of clonezepam for headaches/anxiety.

last, am I taking enough green tea caps or Cissus to see the pain relieving/fat loss benefits? I have some vat fat, chest and belly that is the main target, i stay away from stimulants though.

wow that's a lot of supplements you should worry about your diet first and then supplements.

My diet is ok, I consider myself fairly educated in regards to diet. I am just trying to maximize my supp use.

1.no need for taurine unless your running a cycle.
2. maybe look into a multi vitamin.
3. Glucosamine w/MSM or cissus one of the two you don't need both.
4. seems like most of those supplements you have are just a waist of
$$$ keep it simple.

Gotta agree with the both of them.Never seen any one post a supp list like that instead of their diet.
Remember bro food is key.
Im a believer in protein lol of course and Glucosamine is great for the joints if taken in the right amounts.
I also supp with Fish oil and evening primrose oil. That is it and the latter 2 only because dave palumbo tells me to lol.

I think as far as supps go, maybe less is better, I agree with Tony and stalion here ^

You're 140 lbs and you're cutting? Have you taken your bodyfat measured (with calipers) lately? What's your height if you dont mind me asking. Sorry if I'm being too nosey here =X

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I guess I need to add more info. First of all, I am 37 and I have 2 small kids in daycare. In the winter I am always sick. I also have chronic tension headaches which come from my traps and turn to migranines. Many of the supps listed are for headache control and also are good for fat loss so I try to multitask there. Do they get rid of all the headaches, no but they keep me from taking excedrin daily.

I am not really cutting but eating a lot cleaner. I am 5,5 If Im lucky so @ 140 I have some belly fat to lose and a touch in the chest but as we know, it doesnt work that way. I am doing cardio 3 x a week. Weights 3 times a week as well. My split looks like this:

Chest/Bi's
Back/Shoulders
Legs/Tri's

Anything with the traps fires up those headaches so I keep shoulders/traps and back the same day then put an ice pack on my neck after the workout.

I just dont eat enough to get "fat" but I have to be just under 20%bf. My diet until a month ago sucked. I have that under control now.

I need to lose about 2 inches off my waist but right now I am trying to stay consistant and avoiding catching every cold my kids bring home or the pounding headaches I get a few times a week, those are the things that keep me inconsistant. So If you look at the supps they are geared towards health/fat loss etc.

A few years ago, they took a trans cell tumor out of my bladder so I stay away from prohormones. Make any sense now?
