Hey guys, i've been using my work branded protein for awhile and never really liked it so i decided to fork out the money and buy some from either GNC or Popeye's. Any suggestions im looking for both a weight gainer and just a normal protein. One other thing. If i am taking both on a daily basis when and how many should i take of each. Thanks

I think scivation has some great protein.I dont know much about weight gainers.But I do know Zack on here has some he is wanting to get rid of and I have heard good reveiws from it.
As far as how much to take that depends on your weight and goals

zack what exactly are you getting rid of? and what is it ?
Im looking to put on weight but more or less i heard just a normal protein shake is going post workout because it is fast release or something like that.

I have 2 tubs of RussianBear5000. 1 unopened and 1 has only had 1 scoop taken out of it cuz I let my friend try it. So basically both are completely full.

If you do a search on bb.com you can check it out. I'm selling it really cheap. I typically take about 2 to 3 scoops a day (about 2/5 to 3/5 of what the serving says) and it still gives u an extra 1200 to 1700 calories just from those shakes

I use All The Whey brand whey isolate and think its pretty good. Usually 38-40 for a 5 lb tub there is a site right now with the choc and vanilla on sale for 31. Have tried 3 different flavors the strawberry, chocolate, and cake batter and think all taste great.

haha it actually tastes just like a Frosty from Wendy's. I just don't really need it right now and could just use some cash on hand. I can give you a really good price and I'll send it to you free of cost so if you want it dude I'd be more than happy to deal with you.
