I know this has come up a few times, But I was wondering if I could get some clairifcation on a few things, My toots are BAD, I mean burn my nose bad :(
So here's the thing. some ppl say its the eggs, some ppl say the protien and some the Size on.. What I was hoping If I posted my days worth of food and activity if I could get some help troubling shooting what it could be for me?

So I wake up, have some toast and oatmeal, wait a 1/2 hour or so and have a 1 scoop shake, with Safflower oil in it..
On my workout days, I would go do a work out, I take
superpump 30 mins before and I sip
Sizeon during my WO, normally around 45mins. give or take depending on what BPs i'm training. Go home and have a 2 scoop shake about 1/2 after my WO.
about 1pm i have a lunch, normally have my egg whites and home fries..
then a snack around 3 and 4, then supper around 5-6, then just before bed I will have a 1 scoop shake and some L-Glut.
On my None WO days, I would skip the 2 scoop shake the SP/SO stack.
Something else I noticed, is about 2 hours after I take the size on is when my toots get really bad, and they get less over night, so am I safe in assuming its the size on? or maybe the combo of certain foods with the size on, or something else I am not thinking of???..
My wife is threating to kick me out of the bed, if I can't figure this out LOL!
Any help would be appreiciated.. :)
