Id stay away from them at all cost.
most supplements are not regulated by the FDA so basically anyone can make sups. Usually more name brand gets tested. what supplement are you referring to?

Dont listen to the employess.Know what you want before you get there dont let them persuade you.
Only stick with basic supps from them like creatine and protein.
Make sure you go on sales days or you will pay way too much.

I'm trying the wheybolic extreme 60. I know they're pricey but I thought I would just give it a whirl and it was cheap.

well before the bashing comes out ill chime in...
i work at gnc and im not clueless :)

all the proteins are made by optimum nutrition so if you see some gnc protein on discount snag it up (its re bottled optimum)

the new amped line is solid and but like all other gnc products their pricey. right now its buy one get one 50% off and additional 20% if you have a goldcard so thats a decent deal.

always always always check the discount table/rack first.

sales people much muscle tech because we get 5$+ commission per item. not bad products just pricey, again if they are on sale or the discount table for cheap they arent a bad pick up.

not a bad protein... comparable to procomplex by optimum without the loads of aminos but again still decent. only use 2scoops (40g of protein) it will last longer :)

18 servings * 3 scoops per = 54 scoops with 20g protein in each.

exactly!! for people that dont have other supplement stores GNC is fine and i have compared prices to other places online and for me GNC is cheapest and quickest......again know what your buying before you go in lol

Didnt mean that all were clueless but then again you probably are an exception lol but I did mean that they try to puch muscletech and other pricey products.

Once you buy there gold card or whatever it is. The sale price is what you will pay at a regular supp store. I hate marketing ploy bull**** so never buy **** from there. Note on staff, last time I was there the girl was trying to sell a 45ish yr old lady superpump for running.

Well I dont want to comment on that in particular only because I really cant base it on any facts. I have heard the same thing. I know that both companys are giants in this industry and who knows if they may or may have worked together. Wish I can be of more help Islander.

i have had there wheybolic and its def not ON tasting to me.

personally 50 bucks for 2lbs of whey is way to much when i can get it cheaper online.

My friend works at GNC and he gets me the stuff with his employee discount. Right now im using the AMP line products( Wheybolic 60, MassXXX, Amplified NO) and i must say that although pricey without the discount, they are pretty solid, Taste wise and nutritionally. I use 1.5-2 scoops of the Wheybolic and 2 scoops of the MassXXX, as DeLeo said, it lasts alot longer. Im probably going to stick with it for a while. I may be paying a little bit more, but its a great convenience not having to wait for the package to arrive via shipping.

Do the research before you buy from them.

Based on the price alone of practically everything at GNC they are extremely pricey however a lot of the products are good quality, just at the price they're at its not worth buying unless there is no other place to buy them

Spot on Tony... And educated customer walking into GNC is there worse enemy..I buy from my local GNC.. The guy sees me coming, he doesn't even say a word to me now..

A chick at my local GNC told me that their products are made by Optinum Nutrition too! Dont waste your time though because of tasted them next to each other and the GNC stuff tastes way worse!

yeah ok certain few products but can you compete with most prices at a local store.
I have been in business so I know its hard to have comparable prices after shipping.
