i want to try animal pak the multi and animal pak pump have any of you tried these

Tried both... liked both. I really do like the animal pak, but the pump isn't worth the money imo.

Just buy a multivitamin. If you want a higher dosage of some specific vitamins (like b vitamins) you can you can also buy that at walmart or the drug store. But most "bodybuilding vitamins" I see are waaayyy overpriced.

You can supplement extra vitamin C if you want and you can even ad a b-complex. You can ad both of these and still come out with a very inexpensive vitamin budget.
