hi

i need to ask, that currently i am in fat loss ( without losing muscle mass) + toning stage .

Do tell me which supplement is best for me.

1) ON Whey 100% protein
2) On - Pro Complex

Scivation whey is good but I like ON better. Mixability is not the best in scivation. Vanilla flavoring is pretty good though

Well ON flavor is good ok with water. I have not tried the chocolate from scivation though. Some people like it and some dont. I know Chris almost beat me up when he bought Scivation chocolate. lol

I think they taste the same but my taste buds are definitely desensitized. Scivation is definitely the best value.

I got the Scivation whey and I have to say I prefer ON due to its mixability, I like to drink some of my shakes with milk and ON mixes perfect with whatever I use, Scivation mixes excellent with water, not so good in milk.

I know most of you have your shakes in water alone, but that's just me =)

go with the whey.

if there is only one supplement that you use in bodybuilding whether you're bulking or cutting, it should be whey IMO.

i'm a big fan of ON whey. been on it for 2 years and i've been bodybuilding for 2 years. tried maaannny different whey isolates.

Just pick the one that you like best (based on taste, mixing, etc). As long as you get the right amount of protein (through diet and supplementation), the brand won't matter much (assuming it is a reputable brand).

Well, Both are ON products and very good... But ProComplex being a protein blend is a more complete source of protein (with higher quality), it also has more protein per serving (assuming you use the same spoons).

I personally go for ON ProComplex after training and ON 100% first thing in the morning.
