Hello,

I have been taking superpump (as said in the label) for 3 weeks. The first week was ok, I was taking just 1 spoon before the gym.

On the 1st day of week 2 I took 2 spoons before the gym and I felt very bad... all dizzy and sick 1 hr after taking it.

The 2nd day I went back to 1 spoon, but again Dizzy and sick after 1 hr of taking it.

I stopped using it for 1 week, then I tried again yesterday and again dizzy and sick 45mins-1hour after taking it.

I have used NO2 from MRI and Vassive NO from ON with NO problems at all.

In the past I tried to use Xenadrine and Hydroxicut (New formulas, ephedra free)... But just one pill of those gives me a superpump very similar effect (but even stronger) all dizzy and sick during the complete day.

Do you guys have any idea or have this kind of issues?

You might be very sensitive to caffeine and all the other miscellaneous things in superdump. Do you take it on an empty stomach?

I go to the gym around 8:30pm, take it 40 minutes before that on empty stomach.

Regarding Xenadrine and Hydroxycut, I used those on empty stomach in the morning

eat a granola bar or something so you arent on an empty stomach... it worked for me in the beginning when i took pre workout products and my stomach was kinda sensitive... over time it toughened up and im bone dry when i take some of them so i feel it a little more. saves money too less scoops and what not.

Thanks!

I think I will give it a try a little bit later, when I'll try to bulk. Now I am cutting down fat so I am very strict with carbs right now.

i get some nasty sides from superpump sometimes.

i only use it if i'm too tired and need that boost which is like once a month. but i'll get dizzy like you said and sometimes i feel like fainting.

it mainly happens when i double scoop it. and sometimes i get breath very hard and my heart races. and it sounds werid but sometimes my teeth go numb. and i get skin rashes.

i think it's a lot stronger than people think.
i think i'm gonna switch to a milder no2 product. i can't use no xplode cuz i get the runs.

Try ON's Vassive NO. Great product, no runs, and doesn't make you go crazy. Well, for me at least

I Think ONs Vassive NO is stimulants free (only NO in it) I will give it a try... That or NO2 from MRI...
