many people suggest that for fat loss (without losing muscle mass) it is better to use WHEY Protein ISOLATE supplement instead of WHEY PROTEIN

is this right??

Is there any Whey Protein ISOLATE supplement for brand OPTIMUM NUTRITION???

Your main source of protein should come from whole foods and you should not depend on a protein shake as your primary source.

The only benefit of isolate is that it is just straight whey protein. It doesn't have some of the lactose that the regular whey's would have in them.

not really. It just means that if ur lactose intolerant or have issues with milk sugars or anything that it'll be more beneficial for you

I'm lactose intolerant and have no issues with ON whey gold standard.. Now I do drink Synta-6 at night with Fat free lactose free milk...

ON gold standard may be a mix of the 3 types of whey mentioned, but it has predominantly whey protein isolate. With the negligible amounts of lactose and milk sugars in it there wouldn't be much of a chance of you feeling sick or anything from the lactose in such minuscule doses.

Just a saying. I'll take it out, no biggie. It wasn't mean to like be incendiary or a slur or anything of the sort. If I meant something to be a slur you'd know it straight up.

annnnnnnnnyway, get dymatize whey, its great stuff and will keep you lean. For fat loss though mate just lift really heavy, compound movements, and have a calorie deficit and that really helps.

Whey Isolate is a more purer form of whey. But taking whey isolate is not going be like taking a thermogenic. Your diet is going to dictate your fat loss. Protein powder is just a way to supplement in more protein to your diet in times fo great protein need quicker than whole foods.
