i have a question about on my last meal(usally around 9:30-10:30PM) i eat 660 calories all of coarse split with carbs, and lean protein. this meal is right after i lift, should i coubnt my creatin with the meal, or make it seprate? the drink is 125 calories, should i count that towards the 660, or eat all the 660 cals, with the creatin?

Are you asking if you should take the creatine with the drink before or after the meal? or with the meal? Sorry I'm kinda not following here.

If you're going to keep track of your calories/macros, then you should count everything you take. You can't just say that a 125 cal drink 'doesn't count', it does.

I would probably have the creatine first, then the meal.
