I want to get rid of some extra weight i got going and want something to give me a boost in my fat loss quest besides my everyday cardio. I'm reading up on Animal Pak cuts and there's lots of good reviews on this product. Anyone take this or hear stuff about it??

Here's some info on ECA:

ECA Stack

Remember--nothing works without diet.

Personally, I had a bad experience on ECA (nosebleed like a fire hose, saved myself by stuffing my nostril full of kleenex!). It would be OK to use for a month, but you'll have to take smaller and smaller doses in order to wean yourself off or else the headaches are KILLER!

Depends on your tolerance, etc. Usually I do ECA along with a lowcarb diet. I stop ECA and lowcarb at the same time--going back on carbs seems to partially offset going off the stack.

For how long do you go off low-carb?

Well, I only do low carb when I'm trying to get really lean, so only once a year when I want to cut a few pounds of fat. ECA helps me with the hunger, etc.
