Hey i have a dilemma, i am wondering whether or not it would be better to buy PHD pharma whey, or whether a pak of ON whey and casein would be the better route. the pharma whey would cost £35.99 for 2.8 kilo and the ON 24 PAK is £44.99 for 2x 1kg tubs whey and casein. any advice on other supplements welcome, thanks.
