So i'm about to order some Casein since i'll be taking it regularly at night since my workouts are around that time, and i was wondering what you all think is the best? i have some some Syntha6 left over taht i'm finishing up, but i keep hearing the fat content is way too high on this sucker. Comments?

save your money and buy cottage cheese if you think you need a slow-digestive protein.. i personally think its overrated - and the last think i want to do is spend more money to have two separate protein sources...

i think if you workout late, get home, eat a good high protein meal, you don't need worry about the casein before bed.

just MY opinion.

I use Syntha-6 if I need to replace a meal since it digests slower than my isolate I dont really thing 6g is that much fat.

Mix ur whey with all natural pb and that will help slow things down. Or other healthy fats[macadaminon nut oil, olive oil, almond butter, cashew butter for example]

casein in general tastes pretty bad, but you'll get used to it. on casein is the only one ive ever used.

ON is not that bad, i have used it before aswell, just remember to shake well. ON has a blend as well, have not used that thou.

I'm using ON whey right now in the morning and postworkout...been on it for about 2 weeks. Love the taste with how i make it. Should i be looking into casein since i take my pm whey protein at 7:30pm and knock out around 11pm?
