what's up guys. my names mike i've been training for 3 and a half years i'm about 218 less than 10% bodyfat. never taking anything illegal just creatine and such. i'm looking to take somethin to help bulk up a little. somethin natural though. anyone have any personal favorites. thanks for the help...

anabolic pump by usp labs is awesome(part of the asteriod stack) and APS plasmagen nitrate those are my two favorite supps by far i stack em and have ridiculous workouts and overnight recovery and allday pump and ive actaully lost bf with AP without even doing cardio and eating a not so good diet

first thing to worry about before getting into what supplements to take is your diet. and if you're diet is spot on, maybe try out some slin-sane. a couple of us members are using it right now and getting great results, whether we're bulking or cutting.
