Been out for about 4 years due to injuries. Alot of things have changed. I'm no longer 170 lbs n rock solid. Now I'm 250 n very big but not much muscle, laid up does that what would be a good burner to help? I'm already doing an hour of cardio twice a day n hittin the weights hard. Too much is out there so I'm coming to ya'll,thanks

I've heard a lot of bad things about fat burners.
Diet is the most important thing when it comes to loosing weight. Lots of fruit and veg.

diet is first, cardio second and third is fatburners.

I use ephedrine, caffeine and asprin taken seperately but if you're looking for a good one bottle solution, I'd PM T.O. for some suggestions, he'll hook you up too.
