I have a theory on certain supplements that get banned by the FDA but I'll save that for another thread. Let me first say that I have used
Hydroxycut hardcore for a few years and have had amazing results. Combined with lifting and cardio the supplement helps you shed water weight as well as body fat.
IMO some people don't take medications/supplements right to begin with. I was working out with a buddy who was taking 10 hydroxycut pills a day. The directions state 3 in the morning and 3 in the after noon for a total of 6, Now the FDA claims that have found several people with liver damage who only took this supplement. I smell BS. Chances are these clowns where not taking it right, had a family history of liver issues, drug problems, ect. So is this the end of fat burners all together?
Like the idiots that don't cycle off of there gear and walk around in a hormone rage 24/7. Everything in moderation. That is the buddist way.
