BCAA before workout
BCAA and whey protein after workout
CASEIN before bed.
Im kinda a noob with supplements. The only thing ive been takin is whey protein after workout.

Yeah sounds good, very basic, but when your new thats good. Look into a multi vitamin, fish oil, and maybe some creatine mono.

personally i would through in some creatine mono, its a great basic stack.

i could shop online, but im afraid im not gonna like the taste. I have gone to GNC a few times and i hate their prices. I got conned into buying a gold card. the only thing i like about them is that you can return something if you dont like the taste

i think what im gonna do is give in and buy at GNC with my gold card since its gold card week, and if i like them, then ill buy them online. i dunno.

the other places around here like Vitamine Shoppe and Pro Source are jsut as expensive but you can't return anything if you dont like the taste.

this is quite effective unlike most people's stacks.

i would add some creatine mono in there pre-workout, multi-vitamin, and glucosamine and chondroitin for your joints. that's all optional really, just like all supplements.

diet is key.
