LOL, had to suffer with the same problems..I had a few 8 hour labs (eat in the bathroom!!!!) If all else fails, just wake up early and lift. Try writing your schedule down on a matrix or daily planner with hours, and it wil give you a good visual of when you have time and when you dont. As far as eating, you should be fine . Bring a cooler with you all day. Good luck!

I am so glad I am done with school.... Honours BA in University is enough for me but I have been through the pain.. the late nights.. and the inability to work out regularly or eat properly.. and dont mention the coffees and the cigarettes...... but in all honesty.. concentrate on school man... work on the gym later... school is your ticket in life ... and you gotta work for it cause no one is going to give it to you... peace brotha.... start doing more of this

heat does denature protein at the cellular level but i dont belive that it by baking it will do alot of that. its usually at very high temperatures for prolonged periods of time. it beasically cleaves the amino acids at differnt positions therefore when in the body they may not be recognized.

could u post a link or 2 on how to make them or sample recepies. im sure that if i have protein bars during the lab i can just pull it out and eat it and at least get the small calories. its better than not eating at all for 3+ hrs

Be sure to eat some casein before your lab too ( if all else fails, buya pint of skim milk or cottage cheese and eat that). The slow abosrption of it should get you through if you cant sneak food during.

cottage cheese. You can get casein powder also. If you can only have/get whey, take it with fibrous carbs and/or EFA's to slow the absorption.
