Hi, this will be my slin-sane log, im currently cutting im taking a couple other supplements, my carbs are on the low side but i've moved meals around so that ill be taking them with my carbs. Yesterday it worked very effeciently i was always having issues with being out of breath and almost fainting a few times throughout my sessions lol but i didn't feel the need to sit down much or take long breaks between my sets. My split will change slightly due to school being in the way :( but ill try and make the best of it.

mondays workout (sorry was to busy yesterday to post the whole thing, dont remember the weights)

Chest

Incline Bench
1 warm up
3 working sets

Flat Bench
1 warm up
3 working sets

Decline Bench
3 working sets


sorry for no weights, but i do remember them being slightly higher then last weeks, like i said in my first post i wasn't getting to fatigued or out of breath which is really helpful in my situation. I felt slightly hypo post w/o but 20g carbs from some rice did the trick and i was good to go.

Awesome dude Ill be watching as well. Trust me I had a Hypo incident about 2 weeks ago on Slin-Sane. Was working really hard and didnt eat much and started feeling a little fatigued but a quick bowl of oatmeal fixed it.

lol will do, i couldn't go yesterday dentist appointment ive been running back and forth to the dentist for the past 3 weeks couldn't get a signle tooth numb until yesterday, took 4x the dose in 3 different spots but im good for the next 6months lol...but ill be hitting some traps and shoulders today should be good my strong point as far as muscles go and weights aren't to bad either XD...ill prob be jumping back onto ECA stack or albuterol next week so i'd like to see how the sup would work with it also i haven't really felt much hypo lately even though i dropped my carbs back down to what they were. mike, mit, moro when do u guys take urs right before you eat or right after? when i went hypo it was when i took it after but now i take it like 5min before i eat cuz i figure ill let the cap disolve then put some carbs into me.

hey george, i'm taking slin-sane as well. i take one serving 15 minutes before my breakfast, and the other 15 minutes before my pre-workout meal. both containing 50 - 100 grams of complex carbs

no not at all. i'm also posting a log, it's at the end couple of pages of my last ph cycle since i started this product during my pct.

i usually even out my carbs throughout all my meals, so i think this is preventing me from going hypo since i always have a constant food source

i take my dosage 15 min. before ingesting carbs, as long as i take in carbs 2 hours apart or sooner i think i will avoid the shake`s,

okay so today was shoulders, no spotter so couldn't over do the weight and im working around my alignment issues so here we go. oh and don't forget i train rear delts with back.

well as far as training went my shoulders felt great, no pains on the other hand i had a real bad headache and kept wanting to fall over, not sure if i was hypo becuase i took it in the morning and i had carbs pre w/o but i think im just gunna leave slin-sane for the mornings. I figure thats the only time i want to be assisted with shuttling carbs and i'll naturally have my insulin sensitivity raised and let the dextrose p w/o take care of the insulin so yay get to use it 2x as long now, hopefully i can slightly overlap into my bulk.

good work G.... i`m finding that if i eat my first meal now for my carbs it stays in my bloodstream longer then my post workout drink, so i`ll be switching that in my own log... had the shakes bad last night, but i went about 2 hours after my workout with no pwo shake or carbs,, man my legs were shaky and then my arms,, totally low blood sugar levels,, wont be doing that again,,,

yea i drank some dextrose during my workout, but decided to go against what i normally do post workout for some reason last night,, was not the best thing to do,, wont be making that mistake again...

Today was arms, went very well, till the end lol.

Close Grip Bench Press
45x20+ (lost count)

Hammer Strength Dips Super Setted With Rope Pushdowns
140x10 ss 30x12
140x10 ss 30x10
140x10 ss 40x10

Skull Crushers Super Setted With Over Head Extensions
70x10 ss 30x10
80x10 ss 40x10
90x8 ss 4x10

Seated Dumbbell Curls
35x20
45x12
55x8

and yeah that was the end, blacked out on the 8th rep of the db curls, i doubt its from the slin sane ive been feeling weird all day falling asleep during classes (more than usual atleast) and zoning out lol..but LEGS on sunday, can't wait to see how it helps becuase that is the most exhausting day..Also monday i will be stacking plasmagen, superpump, ephedrine and slin-sane so we'll see where that takes me lol. Stay tuned.

Well how would that make it any different then doing a cycle of trenadrol that you bought over the counter and gaining lbs of muscle in 4 weeks. Just seems like an odd statement.

well today went pretty decent, i was in a rush so i didnt do enough sets on the leg press and squats but overall it was decent felt a little bit stronger, i got stronger as i went on my first set of squats i wondered how i was going to get through it but the next 2 sets came very easy, i felt slightly more focused didnt take any stimulants today. No hypo feeling either, i was expecting it cuz i only had 1 carb meal today but didnt happen. This was also my first sessions hittings legs in like 6weeks lol so we'll see how heavy ill get upto next week :) CHEST TOMOROW LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!@
