well today i was pushing it, usually i dont do this particular routine 2 weeks in a row its kind of my 'super mass' builder (referring to triceps by the way). Next week will be a heck of alot lighter routine for them, i beat the **** out of them the past 2 weeks. Biceps felt pumped, i usually do more (excluding last week) sets and exercises for it but they felt nice and pumped and i felt i isolated them very nicely i felt the muscles working hard had a good mind muscle connection on them so i didn't really even bother doing another exercise i felt it would be an overkill...Overall my arms felt very
swole, they still are which is good cuz normally on a cut when im carb depleted and what not they're flat all day. tomorrow will be legs, i don't really wanna do them again a day early i feel like they're very exhuasting on the cns cuz im fatigued even the day after lol but ill be with my fam pigging out on sunday so i gotta i guess..also ill be hitting chest on tuesday this week instead of monday since i got a physical therapy appointment, time to realign my shoulder :) gonna ask for a cortisone shot and/or some anti inflamatories. aleve, aspirin, ibuprofen = fail.
