yea the eca stack works, but with someone with your caffeine tolerance it may not do the trick, if it does not work try the phenadrine, different type of burner and a great workout stimulant also,,

i was looking into, i was thinking of subbing out the regular caffeine for phenadrine but i couldn't get a number on how much caffeine there is per dose on it.

well today i was pushing it, usually i dont do this particular routine 2 weeks in a row its kind of my 'super mass' builder (referring to triceps by the way). Next week will be a heck of alot lighter routine for them, i beat the **** out of them the past 2 weeks. Biceps felt pumped, i usually do more (excluding last week) sets and exercises for it but they felt nice and pumped and i felt i isolated them very nicely i felt the muscles working hard had a good mind muscle connection on them so i didn't really even bother doing another exercise i felt it would be an overkill...Overall my arms felt very swole, they still are which is good cuz normally on a cut when im carb depleted and what not they're flat all day. tomorrow will be legs, i don't really wanna do them again a day early i feel like they're very exhuasting on the cns cuz im fatigued even the day after lol but ill be with my fam pigging out on sunday so i gotta i guess..also ill be hitting chest on tuesday this week instead of monday since i got a physical therapy appointment, time to realign my shoulder :) gonna ask for a cortisone shot and/or some anti inflamatories. aleve, aspirin, ibuprofen = fail.

Chest

Bench Press
45x10 (warm up)
135x4 (warm up)
205x4
225x4
235x3

Decline Bench Press
3x185x6

Incline Bench
3x185x8

well after the bench i figured theres no point in pushing myself to hard due to my shoulder so i went light with strict form and just exploded the declines and inclines off my chest. today was decent couldn't get a nice pump going, no clue why my diet was just slightly off yesterday but still didn't get that normal chest pump where i feel like branch warren XD 2marrow is back and i've planned out how im gunna attack my weak points. also like i said last week ill be going light on my triceps this week and ill also be going light on my chest next week i think i pushed myself to hard these past 2 weeks i don't respond to high volume heavy weight 24/7 i respond better to low volume and once every week or 2 hitting it hard.

Well today went pretty decent, im going to start taking slin-sane an hour before i go to the gym, thats when i have a whey shake w/ creatine i figure it'll help with the uptake and help give me pumps, im not feeling much from it as of now so hopefully switching it up will help. I'm cutting out deads till im done with my cut, i feel my back workouts suffer, right now the goal for my back is to give it more of a flare on front double bies and just give my lower lats a bit more thickness and then it'll look alot more complete. so yeah, also shud be getting a good amount of ephedrine soon, its been a bitch getting a hold of some, sucks being 16.

Seated DB Flies

15x15 (paused for 10 seconds after 10th rep then kept going)

Cardio
25min bike
20min tredmill

today went decent, pumps were insane i took my slin sane with the meal 2 hours before my workout instead of with the shake. I occassionaly use my principle in training which is 3rd set = heaviest set, 4th set = lighter weight burn out to failure i hadn't done them much lately but i'm going to implement them more, they really help spring out my traps. Also i just received my phenadrine im planning on taking it with my ephedrine in place of caffeine. I finally remembered to log my cardio, i actually started tuesday just kept forgetting. 2marrow will be arms, stay tuned.
