going to hit chest in 45min :) i always count down for it, love this day. Oh and i feel like my muscles are looking fuller, they're more rounded, they're usually flat with the lowered carbs.

im taking in anywhere from 80-120g fluctuates depending how much steak sauce and what day lol, i go high usually on back, chest or legs day and low on shoulder and arms. i don't keep it the same throughout the whole week cuz i adjust to diets to fast.

well today went pretty well, no ephedrine actually just plasmagen and superpump so i can only imagine how it could've went lol but same thing i got stronger as i went on i was going to stop 225x4 but one of the guys who's helped me alot and is on a semi pro football team kinda pushed me and got me physched up so i just went ahead and hit 235 when i went over the incline 2nd set i felt my tendinitis slowly creeping up -fml- so i just stopped and finished off with light db flies, note to self go 3 fingers in from flat to incline. i got physical therapy on monday so no chest that day =\ but i get my shoulder fixed up. Like i said earlier im starting to feel stronger, fuller and more focused throughout my sessions. next session with be back on wednesday, heavy deads coming up so we'll see how that goes. Spring football end of may, my return to the field after 2 years lol, also i noticed my legs just inflated and got super full from before i hit legs yesterday and today, i guess you can really see how much the slin-sane is aiding in shuttling nutrients to the muscle considering that i take high amounts of protein due to me being on a cut. Its also nice to see muscle gain on cuts. Well stay tuned.

oh one more thing i forgot to add, i can legitametly say that i am getting alot of strength and size gains from slin-sane, i guess the recovery is better even though im in a cal deficit which is AWESOME.

nope thats basically throughout the day...super endomorph ;P sometimes to much steak sauce makes it go upto 150 though thats just special occasions when i tap the bottle to hard lol.

so, today i had to go earlier, the minute after i downed a prot shake so i was weak :( my meal didn't have enough time to digest either, but i tried and powered through. My low lats ache like a ****er at the moment, i was really emphasizing them still no more hypo feeling, i guess the hypo feeling passes after the first few days. tomorrow will be delts and traps.

yeah definately, im looking harder and bf is coming off slowly but surely, ill be throwing in my cardio next week, this weeks been kinda hectic cuz my parents just got a house, so im moving :)

today went decent, im starting to fall in deep love with the upright rows, when u do them right and get ur elbows up you get a really nice squeeze in the shoulders. again i had to go earlier and my meal didn't get a chance to digest right but i wasn't to weak i got stronger from the previous week thats for sure.
