ok so this will be my log of slin sane, during this review i shouldnt be taking anything else other than the basics like whey and bcaas. i plan on using this product to help bulk me up big time with min fat gain. i should be eating around 400g of protein a day and 300+ grams of carbs a day also. my protocol for taking this will mainly be taking one in the am preworkout with carbs and then another later in the day. other days i will taking on am before work and then another preworkout when i have to workout at night. i will copy my workouts over from my log in the training section and add an extra comments on the pumps, vascularity and appetite and the overall feeling of the product. i am extremely excited to start this up today. my stats are
