ok so today was day #1 using the slin-sane,
decided to do chest for my work out since between biceps and tricepts i always get a good pump on this work out,,
started off after waking up taking 1 pill 15 min. before my morning shake,
which was
1 1/2 scoop of whey protein
2 scoops of glyco-maize= 70 grams carbs
dextrose= 48 grams carbs
waited for 1 hour and whipped up my workout shake which was
48 grams of dextrose
10 grams of creatine
5 grams of BCAA`s in powder form
1 table spoon of AAKG powder
mixed with crystal light to kill the taste of the BCAA`s...
ok drank this during my work out..
was not expecting much to tell the truth since i dont know any of the compounds in the slin-san that i have seen before so it was a lets see how it goes attitude....
so as far as the energy and pump goes it was pretty good, not anything dramatic but i did do more reps with my heaviest dumbbells on the flat bench press by 4 reps on 4 sets, normally i would press the 75`s for 10 reps for 3 sets and be some what worked at the end of that,
but damn i just wanted to keep going, i felt no fatigue in the chest muscles at all, and i even added the 4th set for 14 reps which was a first,, so yes this was a good sign of increased energy and muscle stamina,
i followed the flat bench presses with incline presses which went as well as the flat, followed by some flat bench flys that i used 45 pound dumbbell for 4 sets of 10 reps, and a finish off of dips using the 75 pound dumbbell on my lap for 3 sets of 10 reps.... excellent workout, no loss of endurance and the over all pump was good,, not great but good anyway,,,
i ended with a liquid shake which had the following in it
1 scoop of whey
1 scoop of glyco-maize= 35 grams of carbs
dextrose= 28 grams
10 grams of creatine
5 grams of BCAA`s
1 table spoon of AAKG powder,,,
i`m still have a good pump going in the chest, feel nice and full , no side effects to report which is a great thing, so far i will say this seems to be a quite unique supplement..
for a update on where i`m at body weight wise,
198 lbs of pure umm lets say its a mix of muscle and blubber,, lol
have not done my bf test yet but looking at the mirror and after snapping some photos which i wont post today,, really need to shave the body,, wolly mammoth comes to mind after looking at the pics,, but i would guess i am close to 14-16% in that area, will have the wife help me with the tests later on , probably next couple of days or so, and i will shave and post some pics also later this week... no laughing please,, hahaaa
ok for my diet i figured that i should be taking in this for calories based on my body weight
protein- 255 grams daily
carbs- 280
fats- 40-50
total calories will be about 2,600- 2,700 give or take,
i`ll be tweaking the macro`s as body weight comes down, and for the workout days i will be getting in about this for carbs
morning shake- 108 carbs-- waxy maize and dextrose combined
workout drink- 48 grams carbs-- dextrose
post workout- 60 grams carbs-- waxy maize and dextrose combined
so that will be 213 carbs out of the 280 for the day, leaving 156 grams of carbs divided by the rest of my meals ,,,
protein intake will be 36 grams in morning shake
post workout shake of 24 grams of whey
for a total of 60 grams out of the 255 i need daily, leaving 195 grams of protein divided in the remaining meals of the day...
thats the plan anyway fellas, if you happen to see if my numbers are off feel free to throw in your idea`s, but they are fairly close to the numbers i used when i did my cut last fall,,,,
thats it for today, tomorrow i`ll be at work so i`ll just take my dosage in the morning or when ever i wake up and drink my protein shake with glyco/dextrose and creatine along with 1 tablespoon of AAKG powder...
