hello followers of my slin review thingy,,
so here`s today, only slept for 5 hours, so i was really still tired as a mofo when the wife work me up at 5:30 tonight, was debating on the workout but decided to go with it anyway, took the 1 pill dosage 15 min, prior to my protein shake which i changed up a bit today just because i can,, no j.k.,, but i did change out the dextrose in the preworkout shake today, here is the mix of my pre workout
1 scoop whey-- 24 g protein
2 scoops glyco-maize--- 70 g carbs
10g creatine
AAKG powder 1 teaspoon
waited like 1 hour before working out and had the Dextrose mix during my workout, here is the work out mix..
Dextrose= 48g carbs
5g BCAA`s
1 teaspoon AAKG
so thats the only change in the mix was i did not add any dextrose to my pre-workout drink, the other reason was i changed out the extra dextrose was because my workout was started at 7 P.M and i did not want the extra carbs that late in the night,, made sense at the time,,so thats my reason on that,,
here is the work out first then i`ll post my crappy pics and bf numbers,,
decided to do my Back workout tonight and since i was still a bit tired i went with a super set combo pack,, lol,, no really i did super set everything, it went really good, and the pump was great in my lats and upper back,, dont have quite the fullness as i did my first dosage a few days ago, but that could have a bit to do with my sleep schedule and all that also?? still for as tired as i was my endurance was good for the entire workout and i actually felt as if my heart was going to push out of my chest,, was really beating like a sum biatch.. but its good now, could be the supersets and the 2 min. break between sets??

and that was that,, took some pics but they are a bit crappy looking and i did not shave so the shirt is on, plus my abs are pretty much gone, here is the numbers of my bf %,, i dont think i was to far off, but the % is probably a bit higher than it comes out, so i`ll just post the numbers as a reference to see where i am at the end of this trial..

using the Yuhasz Equation for Males formula
% Body Fat = (0.1051 x 73 bf number total) + 2.585,= 10.25 bf%,, which is not even close to where i am, more like 13-15% but like i said, its only for reference,,

as you can see my definition is off, but i`m also at 198 lbs, so i have added a bit of bf,, anyways,,
