Hey all,

I am making the switch to a more natural life style, and with this I would like
to make the switch to a more natural protien, what do you guys think of
the greens Plus protien?, The syntha-6 I have been on has alot of artifical
stuff in it. including sweetner, So I would like to get away from that..

I thought I would throw it out there and see what you guys think?

Sorry I havn't posted in a bit, I have been very busy with my art work..

I recently bought loads of nuts and seeds because they help to fill me up.

Pumpkin Seeds-25.4g of Portein per 100g
Seasame Seeds-20.2g of Protein per 100g
Sunflower Seeds-24.6g of Protein per 100g
Hazlenuts-23.9g of Protein per 100g.

All good quality, although can be fatty!

For those seeds....go to morrisons and they have little omega 3/6 bags of all those seeds combined. Good way to get all the different types down. Just eat half a bag before bed and your sorted.

Good idea.. I am also gonna get me some cottage cheese.. slow digesting
for sleep as well..

The greens+ would only be for morning, and post workout..
