ya your missing carbs.... Try a cup of oatmeal with your breakfast, maybe a bannana or apple preworkout, You dont have to be completely scared of carbs just make some good choices of what kind of carbs they are and when. I mean your trying to gain muscle you cant with out carbs. Good carb choices are (oatmeal, brown rice or white, sweet potatoes, whole grain bread).
Youll feel much stronger and fuller also with some more carb intake. Maybe try a creatine and some simple carbs postworkout its a great supplement and is good for beginners. I would look into a Multi V. if you dont alreay have one.
