I'm fairly new to this whole steroid/supplement thing, and looking for something that will help me lose some body fat, and gain a good amount of muscle.

I'm 25
210 lbs
5'11"
I try to work out everyday, just not seeing the results i want.
Any help would be much appreciated. Oh and i've never done any type of gear, if that makes a diffrence.

Learn everything you can about diet. Working out is the easy part its eating the right stuff and eating it at the right times that is the hard part.

thanks man,
I actually think i eat pretty good i have
2 eggs and a protien shake in the morning.
usually a salad with some chicken for lunch.
i have a protien shake when i get home from work, then i work out for about an hour and a half.
and then i have some type of meat with a ton of veggies for dinner.

Should i be doing something else?

ya your missing carbs.... Try a cup of oatmeal with your breakfast, maybe a bannana or apple preworkout, You dont have to be completely scared of carbs just make some good choices of what kind of carbs they are and when. I mean your trying to gain muscle you cant with out carbs. Good carb choices are (oatmeal, brown rice or white, sweet potatoes, whole grain bread).
Youll feel much stronger and fuller also with some more carb intake. Maybe try a creatine and some simple carbs postworkout its a great supplement and is good for beginners. I would look into a Multi V. if you dont alreay have one.
