i cant get gain more weight...help!

hey
i hae been taking muscle juice (weight gainer) and creatine xx-cell.
within one week i gained 8-10 lbs, assuming the weight scale is off by abit. now the problem is that im fluctuating my weight in between 158lbs and 160lbs or 161lbs but am not getting any heavier than that. i take 3 scoops of my weight gainer in each shake and take it 2 times. i have changed it to 3 times daily and 2 scoops to better spread it out. i try eating atleast 4 times aday. the problem is that if i go over 4 times a day i seem to get diarhea and stomach constipation the next day or usually at night. this is really pissing me off and this could be the reason as to why i cant get any heavier.
so anyways i need help if any one can see a problem with my routine or something.

Sounds like you need to do a LOT of reading, we're had dozens of threads on "weight gainers", the consensus is they SUCK. They're whey protein and sugar, waste of money. The weight you gained immediately was water. You need to eat more than 4 times, bump it up to 6-8. Your body will get used to it. Keep training, stick to heavy compound exercises, always try to get stronger, and eat.

PS Flex, if you see this could you maybe post the diet you showed me a while back if you still have it. This guy is like a trash compactor, eat like that and you cant help but put on weight.

Scroll down for flex's diet. Good luck keeping up with that. Wake up int he middle of the night and eat if you need to.

holy ****! there is no way i can eat all that but i can try for sure. im no where close to eating like that. my appetite is not good AT ALL and my body just dosent handle alot of food at one time. thats the problem im having. if i did try that diet id be in bad shape at night or the next morning with being in the toilet for hrs. i have had my share of eating 6-8 times before and thats exactly what happens.


one question that i keep asking my self is this. every single day do u eat the same thing??? this is for Flex. if ur diet is like that how do u change it up so that u dont get tiried of eating the same thing?

You can't automatically change your diet over night, it takes time. Keep raising your calories gradually or else the large amount of calories will add unecessary fat.

The food I eat never seems to get old, I don't consume it for the taste. Every once in a while I change it up a little when I feel it's necessary.

do u have any thoughs as to why i get stomach problems with eating alot?? or could this be due to im eating something that my body dosent like and passes right through. i think that is the problem - where i do eat but then there isnt maximum absorption or digestion if u will.

Everytime that someone wants to gain weight to get weight gainers. What you really desire is for your body to grow. In order for your body to grow, you need to take in calories from very healthy sources. Go to www.jaycutler.com and look at his nutrition. Eat oats, hi-protein low fat meats, veggies etc in large large amounts. Try getting down a dry cup of oats first thing in the morning. Supplement in your why protein during the day and after your workouts and start taking a protein blend before you go to bed. If you eat too much sugar you will either put on fat or your body will not recognize it for growth(depending on your body type).

when bulking up im a little like lee preist..i way what the **** and enjoy life..im in the gym alot..enjoy my cerals from suger bear..capt crunch...coo coo bird!!
3 steaks aday lots of vegs..cheese cake...lagana with meat sauce..etc...i do my 30mins slow cross trainer aday because like lee says..or close too...we're all going to die someday anyways so i'd rather die eating sugered cearls and eating steak fries baked potatos..enjoying cheese cake with real whip topping and strawberrys"frozen with that suger syrup..after my workouts in the gym back in 97 i'd pullout two giant peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwiches and eat!!!
this winter by christmas i want my weight to go up to my old weight 270ish..
this was the way i was taught back years ago to grow...sticking to jay diet is boreing plus i think hes taking something to help him grow..maybe his loving hot wife handles the needle and sticks jay where the sun dont shine...

hahah lol ya real old! i do eat like that bro but dosent matter, still hard to put on weight and i mean the good weight! right now im down less that 160lbs and im going to start bulking soon since now that school is out and im in Toronto for the summer for a good 4 months on bulking up hopefully! i want to try getting at 180lbs by sept
