Sounds like you need to do a LOT of reading, we're had dozens of threads on "weight gainers", the consensus is they SUCK. They're whey protein and sugar, waste of money. The weight you gained immediately was water. You need to eat more than 4 times, bump it up to 6-8. Your body will get used to it. Keep training, stick to heavy compound exercises, always try to get stronger, and eat.
PS Flex, if you see this could you maybe post the diet you showed me a while back if you still have it. This guy is like a trash compactor, eat like that and you cant help but put on weight.
