i like the m-stak im seeing alot of results, very surprised. i take it 45min before i workout and i get this feeling like i want to workout, its not a jittery kinda thing and i never had an NO product make me feel this way. its hard to explain.
the only thing i added to my supp stack besides the regular whey and casin protein, blackpowder, and multi is fishoil but i know thats not going to have any major affect on it just my efa's which is why i think its doing something.
if i dont find any solid evidence that stak 2 is better than mstak im going to take my week off and do another can |
