Quick Volumaize Review

The girl with big boobs at vitamin world gave me a free sample of BSN's Volumaize pre-workout stuff to try out. So I'll take it before I workout tomorrow and post a little thing about how I like it.

if i may butt in here.. i bought it right when it came out and it was a waste of money. your only getting like 9 days worth for 40 bucks and it doesn't do very much. your pumps are maybe 5-10 % more but thats about it mass gaining wise i didn't notice a difference at all same with weight increase. pretty much just waxy maize with a pretty container and bsn written on it and yes it is n-training.

Yeah I just got back from working out...didn't notice anything amazing, maybe I can get another packet from vitamin shop girl and try it again lol.

Yea that seems like a product where you would have to run it consistently to see any kind of results.

i mean, i'm no iddiot by any means. i'm not c ocky but i think i'm a fairly smart individual. but they make it so damn complicated!

Its because they want to sound scientific and complicated when they are really saying: our product is basically sugar and amino acids!

haha thats pretty much what my during training shake is. dextrose, bcaa and a little creatine. and i bet it doesnt coz me as near as much and prob works better. lol

I bought volumaize and used it maybe a little while after it came out. I really didn't like it. I really didn't notice much at all and I shouldn't of took it in the first place because I really didn't know what was in it. I think you are better off just doing some bcaa's during training or something of that nature.

Like stated before it's an intra-workout supp. It is supposed to be solid but ifyou look at levels you need two scoops for ingredients to be worth it.
