Protein question

Havelockbeast NPC Heavyweight Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Havelock nc Age: 21 Posts: 303 Rep Power: 23	I have a friend who is allergic to eggs and peanut butter, what would be an ideal protein for him to take, I dont want him to waist his money so please make sure it does not have either in it. :P dont wanna be the cause of him having to use his eppi pen :P __________________ ARMY Infantry!!! 11c Leave July 28th to finish training.
