hey everyone, i have been doing some research but just wanted to clear things up.

i know that you should take a shake
pre WO and
post WO and also the same with creatine.

And that you should take BCAAS straight after my WO

my questions are
Do i mix my creatine powder into my protein?
Or do i slam a shake and wait 10 mins and take creatine?
than WO

also post WO
should i immediately have a shake than BCAAS than creatine or
BCAAS than wait and have a shake than wait and have creatine?
or can i combine them all??

hopefully that makes sense.
i tired searching this but the search only picks up the word creatine when i type things like 'when to take creatine' as the other words are to common or something...
thanks!!

first off don't mix them. if you want to load then take 5g 3x a day for a week. you don't necessarily have to load but im sure someone will mention it. i just take size on with my workout.. simple as that, if you have just mono take it with apple juice directly after workout and if you would like again 6-8 hours later.. as for the bcaas and protein take the protein 20 minutes after workout and 2x more during the day and your bcaas upon wakening

Yes you can mix creatine with your protein, some prefer to down the creatine first then the protein but it's up to you. As for the BCAA's some people take them during the workouts or right after you're done training, but you should be having your whey immediately after training or in less than 20-30 mins or so, if you have dextrose then add it to the mix as well.

how could it make a difference if either way it going to be in your stomach at the sametime only difference is your taking them in different bottles right......if i am using a pre workout drink then i thro some bcaas in there and drink it throught the first of my workout then immediatly after i take a shake which has dextrose, whey, creatine and 5 extra grams of bcaa and i take my multis with that.....you can do what you want it all goes down the same i would say

thanks everyone for your help.
im not that interested in how to load creatine
i just want to know if there is a specific order for post WO and pr WO

Ive just heard things about combining supplements and have also thought that you body digest what you eat/drink in that order you do so.

i guess im worried if i take a shake after my workout than take bcaas 10mins after will my body have to digest the protein before it can digest the BCAAS and likewise with creatine, i just know how important creatine and bcaas are after a WO and want to make sure my body is using them asap after my session, and not having to wait and hr or something haha

if prob sound stupid but i just want to check

what do you others do for post WO when taking protein, bcaas and creatine straight after a WO? is there an order and time sequence you follow?

thanks again

type of creatine i take is n-training. when i was on cell mass or something as such you want to take it right after and protein within 20-30 minutes later. your bcaas can be taken b4 you work out with a protein shake about 30-45 minutes b4.
