Just got a hold of this product, looking to use it in my next cutting period. Anyone have any experience with it themselves?

I'm considering getting a fat burner to help shed the fat, i'm dieting well and my training is solid and im getting lots of sleep so it will only help more.

Training 5 days a week on a split. 7 days a week cardio.

Porridge and protein in the morning
post workout: protein and banana and bread.
Lots of veg, chicken, steak, tuna no carbs after 6pm really.
Cottage cheese before bed.

It's sorted man.

hopefully you are doing your cardio on an empty stomach in the morning. if not your screwed there. 7 days a week of cardio you are overdoing it.. you will lose to much weight to fast.( yes i know you havent lost anything lately) but eventually you will lose muscle doing that much cardio. you metabolism will still be up 2-3 hours after you workout so cut out the bread post workout, get just the protein and banana. its plenty considering you dont want many carbs, or keep it for energy up to you. add dren to your stack. take it either with your cardio or with workout. doesnt really matter but it will curve your appetite even further and has great thermogenic affect
good luck

and for your concerns.. i would return or sell the hydroxycut and get something else. diet and cardio do 10x more than any fatburner.. without a diet you have nothing

Well, ive already gone through a cutting cycle before. The problem now is, dieting and cardio isnt exactly working at the pace it used to and im trying to meet a deadline. What other product would you recommend? Im following a pretty clean diet as of 3 weeks ago

ok good. and for both of you. dren is great. i have used it and saw about a 7 lb drop in about a month or so.. just make sure not to overdo cardio.. you will lose muscle not only fat. the dren keeps you feeling very good all day and you dont get the jitters as you would from other fat burners.. by far the best

i would do cardio tuesdays and thursdays for about 30 - 45 minutes. also i would do 15 tread and 15 stairstepper. ss burns alot more calories than treadmill. if you workout in afternoons. do cardio upon wakening when your stomach is empty so you dont use carbs etc as energy
