I have recently joined the forum and am hoping to get some advice, Ive been training for a few months now and have just bought Size On, and I already take whey protein, is there any other supplements that people recommend? or find they stack well with what i take? i do have a good balanced diet

Welcome Dave!

I like to keep it rather simple, you can add a multivitamin and some fish oil or flax seed oil and you're set.

flax seed oil and fish oil both provide EFA (essential Fatty acids).

well, if you're diet is all set and all you want is another supplement to add in, i would say glucosamine and chondroitin extra strength.

you'll need it eventually if you're gonna bodybuild for a while.

just use a good whey protein and creatine, L-glutamine and your sett, no need for all these expensive brands when starting out
