I agree with Moro, these type of threads always turn into this. The basic stack is whey,creatine,multi,fish,bcaa. That would not be the "ultimate" stack.

i just use the glucosamine and chondroitin because it's cheaper and i feel almost the same results. but if you got the cash, go with animal flex.

make sure you get anything that says double, or tripple, or extra strength. that's the good stuff.

and make sure it's glucosamine and chondroitin together.

apparently im the only one that doesnt take fish oil...should i be??
and just a thought of instead of buying syntha 6 and getting maybe 10% casein and more flavor additives than protein...buy ON whey and ON casein and mix the 2 together in one shake, thats what i plan on doing but the shipping on them is taking forever
