Sup guys I'm actually in the market for a good protein shake. Im 6'0 tall at 265lbs football build. I want to tone up, build mass and loose my gut. I currently have a great nutrition plan to follow that I had someone build for me. Now the problem is I need to fill in the gaps of proteins and calories I am missing with a great protein shake. So far I have seen a couple names thrown out there but I don't know which will work best for my needs. I'm from what I know now are
Cytogainer,
muscle milk, optimum whey, pure american whey, and smart gainer.. Anyone have any suggestestions on whats the best protein to purchase?
BTW I forgot to mention that I have a cycle of Winstrol and Trenbolone waiting but I wont be taking till I get my nutrition perfected for another 3 weeks.
