Hey all, I am 28, 6'2" 216.6lbs. Training to get big, (bulking currently/cleanly) and my training consists of working out, cardio, eating and supplements. My current schedule is wake up at 6:30 and take Asteroid Stack as follows throughout day: Powerfull when wake up, then Anabolic Pump 15 mins before breakfast then Prime with breakfast. Eat breakfast at 7 am then at 10:30 am eat again. Lunch @ 1 pm, meal before working out at 5:30, workout at 6:15 until 7:15, post-workout shake and then dinner at around 8:30 or so (throughout day using dosages of Asteroid Stack). Before bed 2 fish oil caps for a total of 2000mg. I sleep from 10:30 or 11 until 6:30am so I get good sleep, but NOW work has me for the next two to three weeks waking up at 3:15, getting to work at 4 am and working until 5pm. Workouts will remain the same but I am wondering about dosages for the Stack and eating times. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks! By the way, I will be going to bed earlier than 10:30 or 11 obviously. Bad thing is, this comes right in the middle of my stack, actually weeks 4 through 7.

dont think you need to do small dosages of the stack all day....i prime is a pre workout supp so when do you take it?.....pre workout....no point in taking small dosages throught the day IMO post your meals so we can help further....your gonna have to cook up a bunch of food to take with you and get a meal in whenever you can....

Mumbo

My meals are as follows:
Meal 1 Breakfast: 6 Eggs (4 Whites, 2 Whole) 1-Anabolic Pump 15 mins Prior to meal, 2 Prime with Meal, 3 Powerfull first thing when waking up

Meal 2 Snack: Can of Tuna with handful of pecans (plain, no salt)

Meal 3 Lunch: Either Steak with sweet potato, fish with brown rice and teaspoon of creatine. 1-Anabolic Pump 15 mins Prior to meal, 2 Prime with meal

Meal 4 Snack: Whey Shake with 2 Powerfull pre-workout routine

Meal 5 Post-Workout Shake: Whey Shake with Creatine

Meal 6 Dinner: Usually Chicken with corn, or sweet potato, or fish, or steak ya get the idea. 1-Anabolic 15 mins Prior to meal, 2 Prime with meal

Meal 7 Bedtime: Two teaspoons of Natural Peanut Butter with 2 caps of fish oil

What should the dosage be for The Asteroid Stack. I thought it had to be taken as above, or as the manual describes? What would you suggest if you don't mind me asking.

oh i thought the stack was completly different lol thought it had different things in in nevermind lol well meal plan looks good so if you can get that in everyday then you should be set just make sure you get your rest and that work schedule sucks gotta work around it i guess

Mumbo,

Thanks for the reply bro. Diet has been pretty solid. I have my one small meal of cheating for the week usually on my days off. I train Mon-Fri and weekends are completely off. I train Chest-Mon, Legs-Tues, Back-Wed, Shoulders-Thurs, and Arms (tris, bis forearms)-Friday. I throw abs in 3 times a week as well. Anyway, thought I would throw my routine in there.

Thanks again......yeah the time sucks. I'm not a morning person, but it's either that or come in at 8am, work until 12pm then stay home until 5pm and come back after everyone is gone and work from 5pm till 10pm....NO THANK YOU haha

I am getting up now at 3am, and my usual wake-up time is 6:30 am. Since I am getting up earlier, will my body need more nutrition, and a different time for my supplements? My worry is, I eat at 7am after taking my Anabolic Pump, and take my Prime with my meal. I also take Powerfull right when I wake up. If I eat as early as 5, should I take Prime with it and Anabolic Pump 15 mins prior? OR should I eat a small meal when I wake up and then a bigger breakfast at 6:30 am and take my supps. then?? Reason being, I'm not a big eater THAT early in the morning (3 am).
