Well this is my first log so it wont be neat OR perfect or timly, but here goes
dosing :
5am 2 recreate
520am 1 anabolic pump
530: breakfast
545am: 2 prime,multi,fish oil,milk thistle,hawthorn,saw palmetto,celeryseed.
(I know I dont need these but I have them and it cant hurt.)
I got to work @ 7 and try to get a meal inbetween but I am workin in manlifts and hanging on high iron and cant get to it most of the time.
1130 am: 2 prime 1 AP 1 recreate
1200 or so: lunch
300pm 3 powerfull & meal if possible, brown rice
500pm superpump 250 w/ 20 g creatine
500-600 pm w/o
630 shake with bannannas ,blackberries,flax pwdr,20g creatine. and meal
900pm cottage cheese and 2 pwerfull and a pillow

Looks great. 20g of Creatine is substantial and inappropriate in my opinion. At 260lb's and a user of 4-5 years, 4-5g per day works well for me.

Cant wait to see your progress!

PRIME is taken 3 times per day, one dose should be pre-workout.
Anabolic-Pump is taken up to 3 times per day, prior to food intake.
PowerFULL is taken pre-workout and pre-bed.

You must have been mistaken.

the supps as for the hwathorn , milk thistle, ect are for[ersonal health . should need a reason to be healty. It has nothing to do with the stack. as for the dosing I have read threads and read the box and am taking as directed.

well I have bad news.. I have been taking the asteriod stack + recreate for the last two weeks but this week I was outof town and had to live in a hotel the whole time.. be that way for the next three weeks. plus I am out the door @ 530 and back around 630..stairs and ladders all day and theres a gym about a block away if i am not too damn tired but I am having a hard time eating right on the road. I hope this doesnt totally f**k up my stack. any suggestions or advice on how to eat better when I cant cook for my self?

i like grinding up oatmeal and putting it in shaker cups with protein, just add water shake it up. And enjoy...

So starting my third week tomorrow and getting excited. I am trying to stay with the freak workout but there are times when I have to combine days and body prats together due to work / gym schedule. But its going ok.I did arms and chest yesterday as the freak says:incline db press & incline db curls.
wow..that was over 20 hrs ago and my arms are hard as rocks!!Its not a sore feeling its crazy wierd.
incline press..I started with 75's and supposed to do 12x4 but they felt light so I did 2x 8 then moved to 80's and again 2x8, well then to 90's..2x6 i am having a hell of a time getting them popped up though..pushed a huge fart out on the last set getting them up to position..& I hate askin for help so Ill have to see what happens.
I am feeling good and sleepin well so thumbs up so far for the asteroid stack.. i will try to get back here @ the end of the week ..
