(I know I dont need these but I have them and it cant hurt.)
I got to work @ 7 and try to get a meal inbetween but I am workin in manlifts and hanging on high iron and cant get to it most of the time.
1130 am: 2 prime 1 AP 1 recreate
1200 or so: lunch
300pm 3
powerfull & meal if possible, brown rice
500pm
superpump 250 w/ 20 g creatine
500-600 pm w/o
630 shake with bannannas ,blackberries,flax pwdr,20g creatine. and meal
900pm cottage cheese and 2 pwerfull and a pillow
